Representing Cambridge in Brussels
I’m out of town for a few days at the end of June on a trip to Europe. It isn’t a family vacation, I’m representing our city at the German Marshall Fund’s Annual Brussels Conference. What is the Brussels Conference? The German Marshall Funds says it is, “an annual high-level meeting of the most influential North American and European political, corporate, and intellectual leaders to address pressing challenges currently facing both sides of the Atlantic.”
Specifically, I will be talking about what Cambridge is doing on climate change alongside the mayors of Turin, Italy, and Heidelberg, Germany. You can check out more information about the conference here, and make sure to stay tuned for more posts as we represent Cambridge!
